Liv is fantastic personal trainer. I've been training with her nearly 2 years now and she is friendly, professional, knowledgable, punctual and flexible. She creates a diet plan for you and will help you to keep up. Liv always comes up with new exercise routines and keeps me motivated and pushes me. Training with her is fun but challenging.

Liv is a great personal trainer and a very nice, considerate person. She always asks me how I am on the day of training and she is extremely flexible when I am carrying an injury.
