We turned our ducted gas heater on for the first time this winter and nothing happened. I had a quick look but couldn't see a way to start it. We rang Flynn heating as they had a service sticker on the unit. They came out the next day in the morning. After a bit of hunting around he found that a part had burnt out and needed replacing. He replaced this and started it up and it has worked ever since
