My finances and super were in a real mess. I called up and spoke to the lovely receptionist who was able to get me an appointment with the company's senior adviser the next day.
The adviser I have dealt with really knows his stuff. He was very upfront about everything (including fees - no hidden costs or anything) and has been a life saver! He is always happy to talk if I call with a question and got in touch with me a couple of times after the appointment with progress updates.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Money well spent.
