I have been going to Focus Osteopathy for 10 years, just after my oldest child was born. I have subsequently had treatment there through 3 pregnancies and through a bulged neck disk. They are awesome! They give full advice for treatment and recovery and I have also attended Exercise Physiology/Pilates there which were fantastic! I highly recommend the amazing team there, I have been treated by most of their staff and they are all fantastic! I have referred so many people there, including friends and my husband and father in law after their car accidents. They have been amazing for them too.

1. After going for a run and spraining my ankle recently a mate suggested I see an osteopath for treatment. I'd never heard of osteopathy, but did some research and thought it'd be worth a try. I booked an appointment at Focus Osteopathy and could not be happier! Lorrae worked her mojo with some soft tissue release treatment and gave me some exercises to do to make sure things keep improving when I get home. I highly recommend checking them out if you have any sporting or exercise injuries.
