This is one store I will never set foot in again. I went in there one day to get a few grocery items as was followed throughout my entire trip throughout the store. Then I had the misfortune in trusting the cashier staff when they advised me that the prepaid Internet voucher that they sold me would be refunded if it was not the right one, providing I bought it back unused. I took it back to the store the very next day, with the receipt & unused. I also got Optus to call them to let them know they needed to refund the money for the unused Internet voucher, but still they refused to do so. What a store, I would advise shop there only when you don't care if you throw your money away and if you don't mind staff that may lie to you.
