This is one store I will never set foot in again. I went in there one day to get a few grocery items as was followed throughout my entire trip throughout the store. Then I had the misfortune in trusting the cashier staff when they advised me that the prepaid Internet voucher that they sold me would be refunded if it was not the right one, providing I bought it back unused. I took it back to the store the very next day, with the receipt & unused. I also got Optus to call them to let them know they needed to refund the money for the unused Internet voucher, but still they refused to do so. What a store, I would advise shop there only when you don't care if you throw your money away and if you don't mind staff that may lie to you.

I found the Lort Smith a horrible place to take your pet when they are really sick. I was happy to have my animals de-sexed there but when it comes to life & death moments I have found that they have offered me to put my pet down. One of the times I took my little girl (dog) there as she was very unwell and they suggested to have her put down as they said she was suffering. I took her home to think about it (she was medicated) and then took her to my favorite vet the very next morning and they took care of it & advised me she didn't need to be put down. It's 4 years later & she's still with me. The next time I went to the Lort Smith they advised me my boy (dog) possibly had mouth cancer, I then took him to my favorite vet and guess what it was a mouth infection caused by a bad tooth. I only use the Lort Smith in a emergency when no one else is open.

My radiator cooked itself (or I did) right in the middle of Summer. I was so stressed and finding a place that can fit you in was difficult for me. I called this place and they told me about their different locations and I went to the closest one and I barely made it there. I relaxed and had a coffee in their lovely waiting area and not before to long my car was ready. They explained to me why it happened and now I know about different types of coolant.

I had this horrible toothache and as usual I put up with it as long as I could because I am very fearful of going to the dentist. I was told about this dentist by a girlfriend of mine and she takes her children there, so I went and I will never again go to any other dentist ever. I did not even feel the needle that I needed to numb the tooth and she was so gentle, exactly like the name. Now I don't dread going to the dentist as it doesn't hurt me, just my pocket, but that's expected and well I'm happy to pay for top service.

I had purchased an air conditioning unit and this guy was fantastic in explaining the electrical work that needed to be done. Not only did he come to my place and have the job done within 1 week of first calling him, but he also cleaned up after himself -lovely. There was a scratch left on the unit which is tiny but it annoys me so my view of the quality of work suffered because of that.

My washing machine had broken down and I was looking at having to buy another washing machine. I had another business look at my washing machine and was advised that it would be $218 to fix, I went to this place and less than half the price and within 1 week my washing machine was once again working and working better than before.

I always end up back at this hairdressers because they always do a great job on my haircut and color. Last time I was there Olivia did my hair and wow I loved it, I pay more for it but it's worth it. I especially love the massage that I get when I go there.

I went to this hairdressers to just get a haircut, big mistake. I may have saved money originally by paying less than $20 for the haircut, but it then cost me $40 at another salon to fix it.

I went there for a Birthday in the family and WOW what a night, I enjoyed the food, it was served fresh, hot and with a smile. The food is very authentic and the atmosphere matched, I had a great time and my family also had a great time.

I had just been to the car dealership down the road, tired and annoyed I discovered this little place. I ate just a snack but the sandwich was as fresh as and the coffee was delicious, yummy. Service was a little slow but i didn't care I could rest and enjoy their beautifully made coffee.
