Highly recommend this company. Excellent service, extremely professional and friendly. I dealt with Kate and nothing was too much trouble. So refreshing. This was after ringing 2 other local storage companies that gave me the runaround. I found all staff that I dealt with helpful and they made an effort to ensure all my needs were met. Great, great local company.

I have had my items in storage for awhile now. The facilities are fine, as you would expect.

My problem with F.Knox is their accounting. They are stuck in a time warp.

There is no internet banking available. Only in the last 2 months have they made paying online, through, their website available. And, I only found this out by accident. No notification that this was now an option was sent

Up until the website option, a paper bill was sent. Sometimes the paper bills would'nt arrive and cause me late fees. They would point blank refused to acknowledge that they could have not sent it or the computer could have not generated it.

So I switched to an email electronic bill. But,often these bill would come incomplete or empty apart from a letter head. I pointed this out too, but they did'nt want to know about this either as "it was all fine at their end"

Also, the bill you do receive is poorly laid out and difficult to work out. It became a mess when the late fees were added. I would point out the confusion, but they thought it was fine. They did at least waive some of the late fees.

I went over the head of the Ringwood branch and spoke to a manger at their head office, who was'nt really all that interested in all the 'glitches'

My brother also has a storage facility with them and has said he has had similiar issues. F.Knox did'nt want to know about this either.

They need to get their admin / billing and customer service sorted.

Am prob going to move my stuff as they are well expensive too.
