Foundation Solutionsis a specialist underpinning and foundation repair business. We've beenrestoring house foundations and home owners' peace of mind since 1995. Whichmeans we're pretty good at what we do… but also a bit different from mostunderpinning companies.

Our first priorityis to always help eliminate the uncertainty that arises from foundationproblems - what is causing the damage to my house (e.g. cracks in walls,sinking floors), what is the extent of the foundation damage, what are myoptions, what does underpinning cost, how do I decide which underpinning methodis the best choice.

We assist homeowners and builders by providing clear information from the moment you firstpick up the phone to call us. We'll work through your questions with you, soyou can make an informed decision about your home. And should you decide to getus to repair your home, we'll keep you informed every step of the way throughour underpinning process we call "wunderpinning".

We are buying a property and needed to ensure that there were no structural issues. Nicole provided us with an extensive professional opinion and Jason attended onsite to check the slab levels and provide us with an initial overview of any required works.
We were very happy with the professional service and the support Foundation Solutions provided. We would definitely recommend this service and we will definitely be back if we need any structural works on our property.
