In good faith I paid my deposit of $473 for a job in Melbourne. The deposit was paid well before the emailed receipt about a week later with an accompanying email saying that they would "call me in a few weeks to arrange an appointment for installation", this was a surprise as I was not made aware of it prior to my deposit payment. We are 7 weeks on from this email and no communication since. No phone call, no email, and certainly no job done. I have just sent them an email asking for a refund of my deposit and to cancel the job as I had found a business to do the job within the next week. After chasing someone down to talk to twice today I finally got hold of a member of staff who informed me that I have broken the contract and will not be refunding my money. 7 weeks and I have received nothing from this company not even a curtesy email. I mentioned to this staff member that I will be writing a review he told me that if I do I should seek a lawyer. I asked him if he was threatening me which he promptly denied. These are the facts and if I could give them zero stars I would. Be aware of this business. I have read many reviews like this about them.

I have just entered complaint dialogue with Gutter Pro regarding their 4 seasons product. Their product information stated that gutters would be thoroughly cleaned prior to installation. i had a MAJOR leak into the ceiling and down walls after installation.
A licensed roof repairer lifted a section of he gutter guard and found leaf debris, dirt and a piece of a scrap metal blocking the water pathway. All documented with photos. A small section of ceiling will need to be replaced.
Will keep you posted on how it goes.

great work got rid of my bird problem nesting in the roof with gutter guard, good workanmanship ,,i have a two story and they even got a cheery picker to install my gutter guard

I often just get my husband and the kids up on the roof with a pair of gloves and bucket to scoop out all the dead leaves and junk but thought maybe I should give the professionals a go. The men from Four Seasons certainly did a great job of it, and also gave me 20% off! Almost all debris was gone , and they were also very quick with it.
