We went to this store last Thursday night to purchase a new washing machine. The staff member that served us was very helpful and had lots of knowledge about the particular washing machine that we wanted to buy. We picked up our washing machine from the store as well and the staff member in this department was very helpful in loading the washing machine into our car as well. We usually go to other good guys stores to purchase items but we will be returning back to this store when we need to purchase other electrical items. Well Done.

I have bought many electrical items from this store before too and it can sometimes be hit & miss with the helpfulness of the staff but generally u can get a pretty good deal here.
