As a first time mum with no previous experience with wraps, slings or carriers I wasn't sure which would best suit my needs. Tara at Frangipani Baby was very helpful with the advice she provided, and once I had made my decision she dispatched my order really quickly. Not only that but she popped a personal note in the package which made me feel valued as an individual customer and not just a random online order. The wrap itself is beautiful and well-made.
