DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON unless you wish to pay for what looks like a packet dye job u could do yourself! I was so excited to have a complete change today and raced down from work. I was greeted with 2 hairdressers and an empty salon. Had the colour put in and was left to sit in an empty shop/salon for the entire time while they went out the back. After I was informed of the management change and seeing the bad dye job I was too afraid to let them even trim the ends off. After my horrible auburn colour (which was specifically what I asked them NOT to do) bad service and walking out with a wet head I nearly had a heart attack when it came to payment. $100.00 for the worst colour I have ever had. I am booking myself in the morning to get this fixed! Mordi has lost a great hairdresser with the previous management. It's a shame you cant post without giving a rating because they are not even worth a half. I give them 0.

I went in to see the new girls after hearing of a change of management. I felt so welcomed and happy with them. They were fantastic with consulting me and helping me choose my new colours and tones since the last few times they pretty much did whatever they liked! I left feeling so fresh and relaxed and the beautiful head massage I received and my new beautiful natural colour. Highly recommend the new team at ware hairstyles!!

I have been 3 times. The first two times were amazing and I thought I had finally found an amazing hairdresser. I recently returned and had my hair cut, coloured and foils and it was terrible. My hair was cut too short and my fringe too long and poorly styled I also specifically asked for foils not to be on the top layer of my hair so as to avoid visible regrowth and to be caramel in colour. I have a foil that goes through my fringe as well as the top layer of my hair. The foils are also brassy yellow at the top and copper/red down the bottom which is a colour that i specifically said I did not want. The highlighted parts of my hair seem also in very bad condition now which was not the case prior to this appointment or when I have had foils previously. I will not be returning as at the time I felt the stylist was listening to me but then did whatever stylist wanted which was not what I asked for. I have had to go to another hairdresser and pay again to have the mistake fixed. I think there has been a change in management and staff and this is such as shame as they and the other staffs were fabulous and I did not see any of them there.

I would never go there again. I went in for a full head of foils. I have brown hair and wanted to go to a caramel/honeycomb colour. What I got was my natural colour with bleached blonde streaks running through. When they showed me my hair at the end it looked grey. I went home and cried. This was the first time I've ever dyed my hair and it was a horrible experience. It dried out my hair and 3 months on its still trying to recover. I'm not the type of person to complain so I didn't get it fixed. But if this ever happens again I will complain on the spot because they ruined my hair. Please do not go there. They didn't even confirm the colours with me before putting them in my hair. Please stay away from them.

I had my hair cut at Ware Hairstyles last Saturday, loved it!!! such a new look they gave me. Staff was very welcoming and warm. would surely recommend them..

I had my hair cut on a Saturday, but then afterwards wasn't so happy with the cut. Called up on Tuesday, and they were totally understanding, and booked me in for a Thursday evening appointment. they stayed open late for me, were really sweet and professional, and did exactly what I asked, for no charge! I can't recommend them enough.

I've had an updo and a hair cut done at ware. I love this place and love the girls. Both times I was there the service was FANTASTIC!!!! I recommend everyone to go there!!!!!

Fantastic! Got my mum a $150 voucher for a birthday present as I was away I purchased it over the phone. My mum was wrapped! She said it was the best present she had received in years and highly commended the team down there. Thanks guys! Tom.

I had my hair & make up done for my 1920's themed party, and girls have done an incredible job. The hairdo itself was quite complex and took a few hours and a good bottle of hairspray to complete, but it stayed in place all night and even looked good the next morning. I didn't cut or color my hair there, but would definitely recommend it for formal occasions!
