Great handy location plenty of stock so that you never waste a trip going to Franklins at Summerhill. The fresh food vegies and fruit range was also good which was quite a surprise and much need in that area as there are not many fruit shops around

Good value for the products in the store, i love all the freshly baked things in the store, i love all the good things, i always find what i need in franklins.

The service is OK. I enjoy shopping at the store but the prices are expensive. There's not as many good offers. They should put on more offers in the store for better competition.

I use this supermarket because it is the closest to where I live and it is practical to pick something up on the way home. It is suitable for bread and milk and other generic items but it fails dismally on quality fruit and vegetables and customer service. There are often flies around the fruit and veg, and sometimes the produce is rotting. The staff are disorganised on teh registers and it can take forever to pay for your items and get out of the store.
