We were looking for a new couch of reasonable quality at an affordable price. I found a couch on eBay and went to their location to have a look at the quality. I soon discovered I could get a couch made up to what I needed to fit in my room, and have the colour of my choice. The total price was much cheaper than buying through a retail store and we are extremely happy with the quality of the couch and the level of service we received.

We have used this busy three times and are extremely happy. Two of those times was moving house, and the other time was during our renovation where alot of our contents were in the house, they had to be shifted from downstairs to upstairs. Each time we had everything packed ready to go, and they came in and quickyl and efficiently moved everying onto the truck, taking care not to damage anything. At the other end of the trip, it was the same, they quickly unloaded the truck, followed our instructions where we wanted everything to go.

We placed a large order for bathroom items when we were renovating. They were helpful in making the sale and we spent over $12k. We told them we were awaiting for the council to provide the construction certificate and we were sourcing a builder and questioned if it would be a problem and we were advised no.

A few months passed we dropped in and asked if they wanted more money, they advised no, they would call us when they are seeking payment. Shortly after that the franchise had a change of owners, and we got a phone call that they have waited long enough for us to collect our stuff and we had to collect it now.

At this point we advised them construction of the house had just started and we could collect small items but will have to hold up with large items until the house reached lockup stage. Meanwhile my wife was heavily pregnant by this point.

Well, talk about try and collect our stuff. The things they demanded we come and collect werent even on order and the floor staff constantly stuffed us around for 3 months as we continually made trips back and forward to collect items we were told were they and once we got their we were told by different staff members they the items had still not come in.

The whole thing got soo rediculous that I treatened that if we come down again to collect something that wasn't there then the whole shop was going to know about it.

In all we made approx 15 trips across Sydney to collect our items.

Fortunatel we collected our last item a few days before the baby was born.

Approximate cost: $12,000

We purchased a $30k kitchen which was manufactured in Germany. The quality of the kitchen is good, but we had soo many headaches getting it completed (and its still not 100% complete).

First, the designer selected particular cabinets which were incompatable together (i.e. draws to go under the sink which would not work with the plumbing), the sales guy came out for the inspection to the site, and did not notice the plumbing was incorrect, it took more than 3 months to await cabinets to be remade in Germany and sent to Australia.

The electrical power dock supplied by a third party was not made to their measurements. Again this was another item that took three months to resolve, the replacement part that was sent after waiting two months was not the right part and we had to wait again!!!

The cook top was faulty and had to be replaced.

The oven didn't work after instalation and a repairman had to be sent out.

The list goes on, and you get the message. To get things done I had to jump on the phone and get angry. Which I am about to do again this week to get our final item fixed.

Installation was October last year, and it wasn't until about February we could unpack our kitchen stuff (and not have to worry about the baby playing with exposed electrical cables).

Approximate cost: $30,000

I came across Tim Tolvenan via eBay a few years ago where he was selling his guitars. After checking him out and seeing his work I placed an order, making minor alterations to some options.

To date this guitar is one of my favourites in my collection and others who have used it acknowledge its quality is exceptional.

If I you wanted to buy a high quality hand made guitar then look no further.

Everytime we go there we know what to expect. The level of service and quality of food is consisent. This is the place to go if you want a good old hamburger cooked the way they were before McDonalds changed the scene. Dont be put off by the long queue on arrival, your order will be taken promptly and you will be out the door in a few minutes with your burgers

I use this supermarket because it is the closest to where I live and it is practical to pick something up on the way home. It is suitable for bread and milk and other generic items but it fails dismally on quality fruit and vegetables and customer service. There are often flies around the fruit and veg, and sometimes the produce is rotting. The staff are disorganised on teh registers and it can take forever to pay for your items and get out of the store.

Completed a major renovation on our house. This project included knocking down half of the existing house, rebuilding it with additions to the architects plans. David is flexible in his approach to work and works with you in achieving what you want. We had a clear picture of what we wanted from the start and David was able to understand our needs and deliver to our expectations.
