In the past, this was our family fish and chips takeaway, however since they have recently changed owners, the service is nowhere as good and their prices have raised significantly. We also had to wait too long for our meal, about 1/2 an hour and was not impressed with the quality of the food. I enjoyed my hamburger, but was not happy with the chips. After asking for salt, there was none on our food. Will not be returning.
Friendly staff, great value. Fresh seafood and crispy chips. Great burgers with fantastic flavours. The environment is very nice. MMy favourite place in hervey bay to buy seafood and hot chips

i love their flake. the fish is always yummy from there. the ladies are nice the shop is just near my house and we have dinner here often, its affordable seafood and freshly cooked chips. yum
i have to say the staff at fraser shores seafood are fantastic, the lady i was served by made my day,thanks Mel. The food was to die for, my fish was the best fish i have had in a long time, mel had told me how its fresh local produce and all their food is always fresh and thats good to know, great service great prices and yummy food.
best fish and chips and burgers shop in hervey bay, the staff are so funny and such nice people, will always get my fresh cooked seafood there when in town, will also tell my friends and family
Fraser shores seafood is in a convenient location on the main road in Hervey Bay. Fresh local and imported foods and always freshly displayed in eyes view with plenty of information about produce. Great food friendly staff overall great experience

I am also a frequent visitor to fraser shores seafood, and yes it has had a price increase but the increase was made prior to the new owner taking over and it was not significant it averaged 50c . So overall not a bad increase. As for service it still has all the same staff members. As for quality I know for certain if you have a complaint , you speak to the and they try their best to fix the problem. Re views like these can be damaging to small businesses. We live in a age of freedom of speech but you should always check the facts first.
I am sorry you feel that way Melinda, but this is my review of the store. Like it or not, it is written on fact and will never return to the shop based on the experiences we have had there. I should have also added that they leave customers wait long periods of time to take phone orders, or sometimes let the phone ring out continuously. I certainly feel as though the customer does not come first here.
