Visited the Hub shopping area and needed a coffee before proceeding with our shopping expedition. Sat inside and enjoyed our coffee and was interested to see the very large selection of foods available for lunches and snacks. Very impressive range of items. There are tables outside in the mall for people to sit too.

I took 4 friends to Freckles Friday & was so embarrassed. Previously when I have taken family everything has been fine but yesterday by 12.30pm they had no quiche, pumpkin soup (listed on menu as all winter) changed to vegetable that day. The Asian ladies seemed very muddled & confused, three friends received their orders other 2 we had to chase up much later. Chicken & Avocado salad, the chicken was bits of thigh chicken, (really just bits) very tasteless apart from avocado & salad leaves nothing to recommend it.
I'll give it one more try & that's it. Young man who usually receives orders was not there, larger lady on desk was lovely but she can't do it all, kitchen staff were a muddly mess. Prices are good value, maybe there's too much variety to do it well? Run properly this could be a gold mine.

Was doing a bit of shopping in the Hub and felt a coffee was needed, nice cafe with lovely staff, very clean and their prices are reasonable. Whenever I am here doing a top up shop I always stop for a coffee and sometimes lunch depending on how busy it is at the time.

My wife and I were doing some shopping and decided to have a coffee before heading home. Very friendly cafe in the Hub Shopping Centre, comfortable seating and very clean. Their menu looked very appetising but we were actually picking up some take out from one of the businesses nearby. We enjoyed our coffee and would probably return for a light lunch some time.

When we went on a Sunday there was just one Asian lady serving in the whole place, she was busy off her feet.
We were early so there weren't so many people, thank god, so she had time to serve us without to much delay.
The food was okay, a bit oily, we decide to visit because the eggs benedict special with a twist sounded tempting. It wasn't that great. Don't think I would be going there again

Approximate cost: $avg

Popped in for a light lunch after completing my grocery hop at Coles. The cafe is well set out and very clean. the staff are lovely and interacted with my 2 year old daughter. I ordered the soup of the day, which happened to be the pumpkin soup. It was not a problem to provide an extra spoon so that I could share the soup with my daughter. The soup was ever so creamy and delicious. I could of had a second serving. I also enjoyed a skinny latte after the soup, which was lovely and not too milky. I will definitely be visiting this cafe again in the very near future.

Thanks for reminding me of this cafe, I have only been here twice, I also found them to be very friendly and I enjoyed the food.

Great café, you'd never guess you were in a suburban shopping centre. The walls are decorated with wonderful art works and the owners have provided a mix of traditional dining tables and comfortable sofas. There's even a kiddie corner. The coffees are yummy and come complete with a chocolate freckle. The food on offer is varied and the staff are more than willing to provide something that is not on the menu. And even better for me they provide decaf coffee that tastes as good as the caffeinated version and for a similar price. The prices are reasonable and the service excellent.

This coffee shop is in the Coles Mall area and seems to need more lighting in it. The coffee was fine but the actual store needs a bit more ambience.

Paid bill, and sat to enjoy a friends company when the patron asks for another 40 cents, sorry thought this rude and it was a first visit. Pleasant enough place to meet up with friends.
