the staff at this gymnasium are always very friendly and helpful. Freedom with availability of equipment, space, cleanliness and separate section for women to exercise, get hair manicures done etc is quite favourable.

Staff are all smiles when you join the gym, but soon after don't bother calling to see if you're alive if you don't show up for months. They don't bother calling (they are supposed to remind you) of your 8 week assessments, nor they call to see why you haven't been at the gym for months after being a regular. Equipment is ok, but cramped.
Are you JOKING! This gym was voted best family gym 4 years in a row. You cant have your hand held all your life. The sevice is given everytime you come in. they dont go around to your house and knock on your door and say :Hey were have you been? I recieve letters from Freeway Sports when i didnt come for a month and i also got follow up calls for that month i was away. Your assessments and programs, you are meant to book them in every 8 weeks. they even tell you when you scan in to let you know if you are due for one. This gym is one of the best gyms i have been to and i have been to alot of gyms all round the world. They are always putting back into the gym. They just spent over $400,000 on new equipment. the ladies section is the biggest ladies gym section i have seen. It is bigger than Fernwoods. Cramped? That is a Joke! This gym is massive!! I think you need to open your eyes and get off the couch.
