Very good service. Clean restaurant, nice dishes. I am a regular and i do hope they keep it up as they are one of the best Indian restaurants in the area! Like it very much!

It is lovely inside, the service is good. However, the cost of the meals is a little on the expensive side and i would personally rather (for that money) dine in a restaurant in the city. I had both a starter and a main meal to try out their food since they renovated the interior. I had the calamari which was rather too oily (probably cooked in oil which wasn't hot enough, therefore soaked in too much oil) and i had a chicken schnitzel which was fine, but not nothing over the top, even on the dry side a little, had much better elsewhere. Nevertheless, the restaurant is probably one of the better ones you can find in the Dandenong area. Overall, i give it 3.5 stars just because the cost of the meals is a little over the top.

Unhygienic premises! The foot spas are not cleaned and disinfected after each customer and the same razor to “shave off” rough foot skin is used on different customers. This should be reported! The staff are more like robots, just doing the basic nail work whilst chatting away in another language to their co-workers and ignoring the customer! I don't understand why people continue to go back there! (probably and sadly because there is no other competition for them, they are the only nail place in the shopping centre). I will never go back there again.

The decor inside is nice, but don't be fooled by this! We ordered some Turkish Pides and were looking forward to it! (A Turkish Pide is made with pizza type of dough which is filled with cheese, meat, salami etc wrapped in the dough resembling a canoe, google search if you're not sure) However, when it arrived, it was nothing more than a sandwich in turkish bread! This is NOT a Turkish Pide at all! It was a cold sandwich with some chicken inside and a bit of salad and too much ham! It was disappointing, as if i wanted a sandwich i would have gone and got a cheaper one and nicer at Fancy Fillings inside the shopping centre! Will not go here again, as the prices are NOT worth the food at all. It cost $50 for a couple of sandwiches which were meant to be tasty Turkish Pides and two soft drinks. Waste of money!

Inconsistent quality. Sometimes the meat would be so oily the bread would be soaked with the oil. This is because they would fry off the meat and add extra oil on the grill. I don't bother going there anymore as they don't value their customers who come regularly and they don't listen when they are told the bread was soaked with oil and not to add so much oil next time. Very average kebab shop, that is if you know how it should be made, it is very average. Pity i live too far from Deer Park and Reservoir to go and have the best kebabs in Melbourne.

I was expecting a lot from this place, and was sadly a little disappointed. There is not a big choice when it comes to main meals. They had a fair choice for seafood lovers including prawns, oysters and lobster/crab. There were some dim sims, springrolls and a dish of Indian stew on one side. The other side had pork and beef roast, chicken and beef stirfries, noodles, fish stew dish, duck which was very dry and potoatoes. There is not a great choice of salads at all. This is quite an ordinary list of food, nothing special at all, and not a great choice for such an expensive and thought to be upmarket buffet. The Kitchen Workshop at Crown has a wider choice of food with the quarter of the price. Despite the good attentive service from the staff and a quieter atmosphere, there was not much left to be desired when it came to the food. I was expecting a lot more variety and not the cheap dim sims, springrolls to even be seen in a place like this. Disappointing overall.

There is nothing good about the food at this place. Very disappointing for a Turkish restaruant and turkish food. The lamb meat is the cheap mixed minced meat and the rice, salad are nothing to talk about at all. The only reason people go there is to smoke the Nargile but not for the food. Visited this restaurant with a large group of people for a birthday and i am glad it wasn't my birthday as i would have ended up in tears. Don't bother if you think you will get a good quality Turkish meal, you will be disappointed.

The restaurant is in a beautiful setting, near the water and is lovely to visit during the warmer weather.

The signature dish from what i have gathered after trying a few different items off the menu is the Turkish pizza! I had the lamb kebab and it was dry, chewy and nothing special at all. The starter dish i had was a platter of dips with some Turkish bread. Once again, i have had better, more fresh dips but they still were tasty, however a little on the hard side rather than soft creamy dips which are the norm in Middle Eastern food.

The highlight and the item i will be coming back for is the Turkish Pizza, which was amazing! The dough melted in my mouth, the toppings were tasty and fresh. This is the signature dish of this restaurant and this is what you go and eat here by my opinion.

I have been here a few times for dinner buffet. The food is good, especially when the prawns are fresh. There is a fair bit of range of dishes to chose from depending on the day you go there and what the chefs have prepared.

Sometimes the roast meat is not actual roast, but the cheaper cut silverside which is cooked rather than roasted. They do have a lovely range of desserts which are presented in small bite sized cups.

It does get very busy! The line to enter the buffet is at times very long and you can wait for up to an hour, especially if it is mothers' day or a special occassion. Sometimes it also gets quite loud. So if you're after an intimate experience forget it.

It is situated where the King's Buffet used to be, but since King's Buffet was for over 18 patrons only, when they re-decorated that area of crown they opened Kitchen Workshop and now children can also eat here.

Ever since new ownership the food and service has become a lot better than what it used to be. The pastas are of good value and taste good. Good place to go and have a quick meal if you're in a hurry.
