I ordered a Charlotte Tilbury blush from Fresh Beauty Co., and honestly, the whole process was great! I don’t get the negative reviews at all because everything went super smoothly for me. Their website was really easy to navigate, and I loved how everything was sorted by brands and categories—made it way easier to find what I was looking for. And they seriously have so much to choose from! I had a quick question about my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me really fast and were super nice and helpful. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and I could track the whole thing. The blush was packed really well too, so it arrived in perfect condition. The blush itself is exactly what I wanted and 100% authentic. I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely shop with them again. If you're thinking about it, I totally recommend checking them out!

These guys are absolute scam artists.

They have some sort of scam going on where they take your money and send the package to the wrong address and then its up to the customer to try and prove they didn't receive it. Because anyone can sign for a package therefore making it legitimately received. Check out Trust pilot, Product Review and even their own Instagram page, there are many customers saying the same thing.

Great shopping experience, straight forward to use, great product selection and variety, and amazing sales. Reliable delivery and they really keep you updated on the status of your order during transit. Highly recommend shopping at Fresh.

Absolutely love shopping on this website. They pretty much cover all aspects of beauty (high end products) and if you have an enquiry you simply can WhatsApp the team and they advise you hastily.

Super helpful but slowish response times. It took them just over an hour to reply to me which isnt terrible but prolonged the over expirience. They helped me pick the perfect soap for my sensitive skin and sent helpful links. They were extremely kind and pointed out their loyalty memberships that save 5% for free. The website is so wonderful as it offers similar prices to other sites like this but FREE shipping which is so uncommon in the cosmetic online game. I am completely impresse and can not wait to get my product.

I initially tried using Facebook Messenger to chat to you guys but no response. I did wait at least a couple of hours. I thought then to maybe use What’s App and it replied within a few minutes which was better. I asked a question and they were very friendly and helpful and I wanted scent free moisturising cream. Very expensive.

Their website is extremely easy to navigate and helpfully remembers your past searches.
