Sophie is an excellent physiotherapist who really listens to her clients and provides a comprehensive service including suggestions for any additional taping or stretches needed. I wasn't sure at first when I realised this was a home based business however the business is kept nicely separate to the rest of the house and the ability to have appointments outside of normal working hours is very helpful. Friendly and professional service provided. One thing I found particularly helpful that I haven't found at other physiotherapists is that sophie explains what is going on with an injury and why and where the pain is coming from and then gives suggestions on how to help the situation, rather than leaving her client wondering as many do.
