Such a great company to deal with, i was having trouble installing my seal and they spent the time to video call me and show me how to fix my door hinge and other problems. if only more companies were this great.. thank you fridge seal

I Called a few different companies but Fridge-Seal was the only company to ask me what was actually wrong with my seal, after explaining my problem the young man on the phone told me how to quickly fix the issue. The other company i called (seal a fridge) didn't ask what the issue was and quoted me $250!! thank you so much fridge-seal its good to know there are still honest companies out there. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

Great friendly QUICK service. Dropped off the old seal from my freezer at 4.30 pm as it was not a standard model and this was the easiest way for me to show them the size as they needed to make up a new one. Got a call at 10.30am the next morning to say that the new one was ready for me to pick up! Was given advice and an instruction sheet to help me reinstall it as I had chosen to DYI but reassured they could help further if I had any problems. Tracey in the office was very pleasant, professional, and helpful
