The cafe section sells yummy stuff and it is great to get basic dried foods etc such as beans, oats in bulk with much less packaging than normal as ou can bring your own. I just wish there were more shops around like this!

This place is brilliant for buying stapl foods and other products in bulk.It is also a sanctuary away from mainstream consumerism as it is a hub of political activismand a place where you can just hang out, too.

Mondays have awsome croquettes which is my favourite. 95% of the menu is Vegan. I love this place. Staff have been friendly to me. They do seem busy though. Good for those who have an allergy to dairy-products or egg- products. Good for Vegans. Great Vegatarian food. I still go here a lot and last went here two weeks ago.

Yummy and cheap! Will be coming back often for the fresh massive salads and the random assortment of gifts you can buy.

I used to walk there every lunch break and whilst on work "errands" just to sneak in some of their chocolate brownies! They're amazing! Sometimes you can get the odd snobby hippy serving you, but they have great food, great products, definitely worth a visit!

I've gone in to this place specifically to buy Xmas presents for 2 very greenie people who reject the consumerist side of Christmas. I walked out with gifts of the handmade-recycled-fairtrade-organic variety. So mission accomplished. You can have a browse and no one cares. Run by volunteers who are very serious looking. I had lunch while I was there too and the food was good.

This is a great place to get an organic lunch, has an organic food coop, great range of books and toys, and is also the base for lots of enviro action and organising. They have a fantastic range of flours and herbal teas, and support local designers with an enviro focus.
