I've had Ben from Fujitsu had to come out to work on my inverter unit a few times to replace a faulty bracket. He has always been extremely pleasant, arrived on time, explained all the work and been happy to do early morning appointments. Compared to some service companies, Fujitsu have been great to deal with and have never tried to give me the run around when I have had any concerns or issues (and the same also applies to the service call centre).
