Slick marketing, fake reviews, poor service.

Interested only in vacuuming as much $$$ out of you as possible. Once you've signed up the business owner will disappear and you'll see a procession of young, inexperienced orthodontists you've never seen before that give contradictory advice from the previous appointment.

To add to your lovely experience, you'll get

* Repeated breaking of brackets and wires within hours and days of fitting
* Rude practice staff
* Fees that are overcharged at the beginning in order to offer you a "substantial discount" at the end,
* Small referral network to oral surgeons that rough, rude and painful
* Errors in invoicing that always seem to cost you even more, not less - and that doesnt take into account the hours of time you'll spend sorting it out with them.

At the end of the first phase of treatment, the business owner shows up again to try and get you to sign up for the second phase and extract more dollars from your bank account. At this point, we went elsewhere.

The new orthodontist candidly told us that they would have done the work that Full Face Orthodontics had done for around 1/2 the price that we were charged. Full Face Orthodontics spitefully didn't even provide the Xrays that WE had paid top dollar for.

Neither was the new orthodontist impressed at all with the treatment that they saw had been performed. And strangely enough, not once did the new orthodontist's brackets break off.

No positive points for Full Face Orthodontics whatsoever. Avoid, unless you like seeing your child curled up crying in agony.

Extremely disappointed in our referring dentist for being sucked in by the slick marketing…

Approximate cost: $8000

My experience here is terrible. When I asked their manager allowing me to split the up-front money into 2 months ($1k for each month), she shout at me "you cannot get out of here until you pay $2k" which really shocked me. Then I had to pay to get out of there.

However, after wearing the low braces for 1 week and was told by their orthodontist to remove 4 teeth, I emailed him about my concern that removing 4 teeth could lead to potential health issues such as sleep-disturbed breathing and pain symptoms. But there's no reply nearly 1 week and I decided to cancel the treatment and removed the braces by another dentist as it seems to me they don't care about my case anymore.

Few days later, his coordinator called me and asked me to come to discuss. Then their doctor got angry and shout at me again when he saw my braces removed by another dentist. I tried to explain because of no reply from him, but they didn't care of what I said and canceled the treatment. They even didn't return my $2k up-front deposit and forced me to tell them the name of the dentist who removed my braces. I kept it confidential as I guess that dentist would be in trouble if they know it because their orthodontist is very famous and powerful in Australia. So totally, spending nearly $4000 (checkup, x-ray, consultations, TAD device and deposit), I still got nothing. I think I put my trust on wrong orthodontist again even though he's one of the best orthodontist in Australia.

Approximate cost: $4000
