My dog Jazmine has used virtually every service that is offered here. Her grooms are the best ever and she is always thrilled when she gets out of the car to see Stephanie and the crew. Jazmine is my best gauge of how good this business is. They care about each and every dog and cat (and other miscellaneous best friends) and treat every one as their own.

Stephanie and Ian have been feeding my cat(s) when I'm away for work for years now - first my darling Brighid until she was recalled to puddy heaven and for the last 18 months My Boys Ocho and William. It is so important for me to have someone I can trust to not just feed my boys but to care about them, and for that someone to be always helpful and flexible....like when I call mid-afternoon to say I'm going to be away an extra night. Pretty cool boutique petshop too!

Charlee and Louis always look and smell great when they leave their grooming sessions. They are never scared when we drop them off, or eager to leave, which is a sign for us on how they are treated while there. Instructions are always passed on and followed through with. Stephanie always tries to accommodate our appointment times. Dogs are always done on time (which in very rare).

For the past 5 years we have had Stephanie and Ian look after our cats when we travel. All in all I think we have had them cat sit for us 20 times for periods of 2 days up to 3 weeks and every time they have done a fantastic job. Not only have they ensured the cats are well looked after but they have also given our plants some love. We have recommended them to a number of our firends who have all had simliar great experiences.

Jasper has been attending Furry Kids since a puppy. Jasper attends regular daycare, and the grooming salon. Stephanie is one of the few people that I trust leaving Jasper with. She truly understands his needs having helped me with his recovery after he was attacked by a dog in a local dog park. Furry Kids has enabled us to keep Jasper socialising with other dogs, and enables him to play with other dogs when he wants too , and chill out when he has had enough!

Stephanie and Ian have been caring for our two cats when we travel for the past four years. They have provided excellent care and we are happy to recommend them. It is such an enormous comfort to receive updates and photos when we are away and we always come home to relaxed, happy animals. Their professionalism and dedication is reflected in all aspects of their business.

I moved from Sydney almost 2yrs ago & was concerned about finding a good groomer.I was so happy to hook up with Stephanie and her team.They are all so kind with our pets and my dog loves them The grooming is fantastic and I get so many people commenting how pretty my dog looks.She also attends doggy day care which she loves.I adore my dog & would never put her in care with people I didn't trust 100 per cent.The Furry Kids Team are terrific.

I am a customer of Furry Kids and highly recommend this business. Our dog is very happy when he goes to visit and I know how well the dogs are cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others, and have already done so.

Would not recommend this service to anyone - stay away... If you want quality dog care this is NOT the place to go.... Appalling too that they actively promote the use of shock collars on dogs... Disgraceful . As a hairdresser in the local are, I will be spreading the word to all of my clients too.
