I turned up exhausted and found out thatsome of the accommodations in Gundagai were flooded out in Jan/Feb 2012.
I asked to see some rooms and were fortunate to find that the rooms were very clean, yes basic though no smells. No sounds from outside or the adjoining rooms. the bathroom was spoiltless! I'd stay there again.

We stayed here over the recent long weekend and it was great! Clean and tidy rooms, air conditions and electric blankets. Walking distance to everything. Quiet and relaxing.
