Made appointment for 10am, but on arrival business had not opened. Waited 20 minutes, still closed. I left expecting a call explaining what had happened, but no call or message. I rang at 11am and was told they had car trouble and opened at 10.30 but no sorry, no apology, nothing! Obviously return customers don’t mean much to them so I’ll go elsewhere where they appreciate the customer. Emailed management explaining situation and didn't even get a response.

David at Gado was great. He gave me advise but listened to what I wanted and I ended up leaving with a massive grin on my face!
It's not often you leave a hairdressers with exactly what you imagined, or better!
Having your hair washed can sometimes be uncomfortable in those awkward chairs but Gado has massage chairs! Made it a much better experience.
When you get your hair cut it's styled as well and you leave feeling great! David used different products based on my hair type/thickness, etc, instead of using the same generic thing for everyone and my hair has stayed in lovely condition since.
I even got an unexpected discount! But it was worth every penny to walk home feeling like you look good!
I would definitely recommend and 100% go back again :D

I had a wonderful experience today in the hands of experts at Gado. Not to mention two yummy hot beverages. Dang I mentioned I had two. Well, as it turns out I finally found my new hairdresser forever. (NHF) woohoo! If you have special requirements this place delivers. Besides all that the atmosphere at Gado is oddly relaxing and family like. I loved it! Thanks Gabby, great color job!

Wow! Personal genuine service is back in town!! Finally a one-stop-salon that actually does exactly what they say they are going to do...and more! I was given a delicious Rooibos latte (try it if you haven't - heaven), had loads of laughs with the staff, my eyebrows have never looked so good AND my dog was given a treat! I'm hooked. Gado reminds me of all the fantastic places my mum used to talk about - back in the day when people actually loved their job and their customers. Gado is a whole new trend!

I felt compelled to write this review, after seeing below.. As I have never had a more pleasant experience in a hairdresser. What with the head massage on a amazing back massage chair. This was a great start to one of the best haircuts I've had. I was offered a coffee or a beer whatever I wanted. The place is full of laughter. I recommended it to my wife who went down after this and loved it! We have found new hairdressers, I'm looking forward to my next one! Thanks guys.

As I had driven a long way, I thought it would be a nice way to end the day to have my hair done. The staff seemed to understand my instructions just fine. Then the staff completely ignored them. My hair was a complete mess and I had to go elsewhere to try to rectify some of it- not easy.
