How fortunate I was to find Bathroom Gurus/Garcia Kitchens 15 year's ago!! Since then I have had 4 gorgeous bathrooms supplied by them. All 4 were challenging renovations - involving high rise units - at all times the work was completed to an excellent standard, and in a very professional manner. A pleasure to deal with always totally honest and open re all costs. Highly recommend this company.

I may disagree with the First Lady Kerrie’s comment , I first used Garcia kitchens about 20 years ago, we didn’t know them, and they were claiming to had done over 800 bathrooms, before going ahead we decided to check them out with the BSA that was the association then, Garcia kitchens didn’t have one single complain with the board, with more than 800 bathrooms it was impressive, we were really happy with their work, and also they were easy to deal with, we then sold our house and we called Garcia kitchens again a few years later, and again we check them out, this time with the QBCC, by now Garcia kitchens we’re stating to have done more than 1200 bathrooms plus kitchens, again there was no complaints made against them with QBCC, and again they did an amazing job in our second home, my brother used them as well and he gave them the thumbs up too, so with our experience and my family’s plus with more than 1200 + customers and no bad feedback, I will question Kerrie’s complain, as this is surely not our experience, I wonder what Garcia Kitchens side of the story may be.
I will surely use them again, and have no hesitation on recommending them

We have worked with Garcia Kitchens many times thought the years, we have done 3 kitchens and 6 bathrooms with them in 3 different houses, their work has always been absolutely excellent, they txt you every morning to tell you what time they will arrive for work, and always have good tradesman's doing the work, their pricing its always fair, we have also recommended them to other friends and family and they were also very happy,
without a dough they get a 5 star from us

If I could leave zero star rating I would. This guy quotes - says it is a fixed price then adds hundreds of dollars on as "extras". When questioned about the extras he gets defensive and does not answer. He lies about things and says he is confused. Instead of a two week job it is a two month job - no explanation, compensation or acknowledgement - except tries to pass blame onto the consumer. I am now taking him to QBCC and QCAT for withholding my money after I have terminated my contract with him. He told me I could terminate the contract as there was nothing owed by either party. Investigations show he has almost $5k of my money. When I asked for it he is refusing to pay. He is a narcissist, a thief and a liar. Steer clear of this guy.
