Over a week later and I still have no communication on my order, let alone a delivery. I just want a refund. Sloppy service, not customer- oriented and way outside of the timeframe promised on the website. Won't ever use them again.

One of the worst websites I have ever seen people on Facebook have more plants than they do if you look at the website. All plants are sold pictures of sold plants from the website it's saying they have nothing at all. What kind of lazy people do you have at garden world can't update the website. I know If I drive there" there's plenty of plants but people coming from around Australia can't see anything for sale on the website so badly set up with nothing on there.

Garden World is a great place to get ideas about plants and has 4 separate nurseries in the one location for different climates- regular outdoors, water plants, tropical plants, desert plants. They are all of great quality and the service is good, but they are by far the most expensive nursery around.

I have been here sooo many times. It is a little pricy, but you can find just about any plant you are looking for. The staff have always been great and helpful. They have sections labelled, so if you want plants one metre high, you know where to look. This place is huge and worth a look.

This place is amazing! It has a lot of different garden related shops all together. We bought a persimmon tree from an excellent range of fruit trees and the man who served us was so helpful, he even pruned the tree for us so it was done correctly. We talked to another man about apple trees and the staff all took time to make sure we got the right thing. My children really enjoyed the Collector's Corner part which has a lot of rocks and crystals, also a water wise shop, ponds, cacti, gardening goods, you name it, this place has it! Well worth a weekend visit for anyone who is into gardening. Prices are comparable to most other nurseries, wouldn't say cheap, but the plants look very healthy and of good quality.
