The plumber and his offsider that came out were sharp and efficient. They discovered that the problem was a poorly designed sewer system which they were able to rectify at what I believe was a fair price.

For: a simple kitchen tap to be replaced and a filter to be replaced in another tap ( which took 5 minutes )
UNFORTUNATELY i didn't check the cost of a tap in a retail outlet first. They charged $221.00 for what looks like the $45.00 tap in Mitre 10. and did not show me the tap or discuss price before installing.The plumber was there for 3/4 of and hour , he could easily have finished in 1/2 an hour if he had not talked so much , He said they have to charge for an hour ( $178.00 )PLUS the call out of $39.00... plus $41.65 GST ......A TOTAL RIP OFF.

I have called Gary Renouf Plumbing on two separate occasions once for a drain problem and another time for a garden tap. Both times they came straight away and did the job in good time. I just found them really good guys to deal with.

They were quick to arrive and were able to fix my broken gutter right away. They also didn't charge to come and quote the price which is why I agree for them to come

As soon as booked my job, I was called and told when the plumber would arrive. When he came, he got straight to work. I thought I would have to leave him there whilst I went out but was pleasantly surprised when he finished up before I left. Will definitely be using again

I made an online booking for two leaking taps. The booking itself was quite simple to do. The plumber arrived soon after. He was very friendly and professional. Charges were acceptable. Recommended
