Plumber was at my place for 20 minutes, didn't bother touching my hot water system, didn't even bring their tools in, said I should contact the manufacturer but still charged me 195$ for what he called labour! bad service! Won't ever be using them again!

The worst plumbing experience I have ever had. They fail to inform you that they don't allow payment by invoice, not when you are booking them and even not when they quote you. Then they tell you to go back into the bathroom and undo all work they've done unless you pay them now. When I informed the plumber that I can only pay by invoice the plumber became rude against myself whilst calling head office. To top it all off the plumber left the old, wet & dirty taps and shower cords on the carpet and refused to pick it up until plumber had finished phone call with head office. Oh and the bathroom was left in a state with water all over the floor and dirt in the bath. When the head office person heard about the old taps and cords on the carpet all they had to say was "oh a little bit of leakage on the carpet wont matter" but hey they were gracious enough to give me 7 days to pay full price! These guys charge $89 per half hour, for that price you expect them to provide a level of service that doesn't include rudeness and to not leave old taps on the carpet.

Work is fine. Prices are extremely expensive. Will not be using them again.

My outside tap would not turn off, so I had to turn my water off. I called the 1800 number on the Sunday and left a message requesting someone to come have a look at it on the Monday. Monday morning I had to call back and find out it anyone had got my message as no return call. They said someone could come out Tuesday which was not convenient, so I was then told someone would be there in half hour as there was someone already in the area. I was told the call out see was $89 and the labour fee was $89/half hour. I thought this was pretty expensive but needed it fixed so agreed. An hour and a half later, someone came, spent 2 minutes to take the tap off and replace it, and charged an additional $75 for the tap, which probably cost $20. I only used this company because I received a flyer in the letterbox and figured I was supporting a local company. Will NEVER USE AGAIN, and am telling everyone I know!!!!!!

Really an excellent plumber to whom nothing is 12too easy for him to handle or too hard for that matter, big jobs or small he can do them all. No problems ever with this plumber.

He prides himself on his same day service and that's exactly what we got to great effect, he was wonderful and fixed our leaking toilet problem first time done right.
