I contacted Gary's Plumbing through True Local Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet and mentioned the flooding problem i have had for the past several years. Water on the brink of coming in the front door on several occasions. He diagnosed the problem immediately (something two earlier plumbers had missed). Gary went to work and problem solved. No more buckets and towels at the front door on heavy rain episodes. Gary was punctual, professional, pleasent with old fashioned common sense and a quiet determination which solved both my problems. I have used Gary,s Plumbing for over 20 years and I quite frankly would not use anybody else, as I live in an old house the plumbing is not always an easy job, but Gary always finds an inexpensive way around the problem . As I had the misfortune to use another plumber when Gary was on holidays , who could not fix the problem but could empty my wallet very quickly. In the end I had to tell him to leave the job and wait for Gary to return , who was disgusted by the work and fixed the problem in no time. Gary is an honest tradesman who does not quote unnecessary work, he is always turns up to do the job and no job is beyond him.
