Purchased a fridge filter. Ensuring i had the correct type of filter ordered through Geelong Appliances. If it had been ordered online the item would have been $120 cheaper. Massive markup for parts. Unfortunately, it is a requirement to pay upfront . Commented on the high price when ordering, but told that is what it is.

We have had Craig out four times to our home & parents’ home - ALWAYS on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He has solved problems with washing machines (x 2), dishwasher and, today our oven. I have always had a quick response to phone messages left and he stays in touch the day he's coming (often the next day) I highly recommend this company.

I have called on Craig at GAS on five occasions to assess and repair both my dishwasher and washing machine over the last ten years. He has also provided advice on the purchase of new appliances, when requested. The communication from Craig and his team has always been professional and helpful, and their assistance is efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend GAS for appliance repairs.

Called up to enquire on a price for a replacement part for a whitegood. I was hung up on twice.. appears it is to hard to give any form of service these days!!
