Bought a Car here, still going strong after 6 years

I had ordered new Mercedes Benz in AUG 2014 after a written quotation stated I will also get a Mercedes Benz corporate program ( mainly 3 car services free ) . The contract stated the same. All the paperwork requested by the dealer was submitted.They did not ask me to submit any other paperwork.
But the car was delivered without the corporate program attached. I only found out one year later when a free service was refused by another Mercedes dealership.
The reason:
Geelong city motors had failed to submit the required paper work to Mercedes Benz Head office which would have entitled me to free car services over next 3 years. They did not ask me at any stage to submit these documents to the dealership so that they could have passed them on to the MB head office.
If requested, I could have submitted this paperwork from my college which entitles all its full members to Mercedes Benz corporate Program. Geelong city motors were well aware of my occupation and I could have got the 3 car services free as a result of my profession.
They either overlooked my profession and made a mistake or they have tricked us.

Lesson: Do not take delivery of the car from this dealer unless you are certain that whatever the dealer had promised is included at the time of. delivery and final payment.

Bought a new Chrysler through this dealer (now 6 years old), have experienced great servicing which includes a drop-off to the City or home as I need. After sales advices/servicing great.
