I had booked a taxi to take us to the Gull airport bus service the next morning. I received a response that the booking had been received and that a taxi would be there 'on time'. Waiting at the kerb at the booked time, no taxi. When I rang, it rang out! A taxi service that doesn't answer, go figure. On the second attempt, someone sounding just waking up answered and when I told him we were still waiting for our taxi, he took our address and said the taxi 'was on its way' . I told him that wasn't good enough, I needed to know how long it would be, as if we missed the Gull bus, we would also miss our plane. He couldn't say other than it was on its way. Thankfully it arrived 15 minutes late and we just made the bus. Such a stressful start of our holiday. Never again.

Would not recommend if you need to get somewhere on time. Booked a taxi using their online booking service, the booking was confirmed but it didn’t show up. When I tried to call no answer, just a “convert message to text” message. Luckily another company sent a taxi straight away. Almost missed the bus to a concert !!

I've been using this company since 1999. With the latest incident last week we had a cab driver that couldn't control his gas. Have had so many bad experiences with the cab drivers at this company I've basically given up and would rather take public transport. The most troubling incident was a taxi driver that was so preoccupied (on goodness knows what!) that he swerved in the way of a truck and almost got us hit, called the company when we got home, and was basically met with a ''thanks for telling us, but don't bother calling next time'' attitude. Most drivers are the same, too busy playing with their phones and apparently don't know how to shower very well, have also had a few overzealous cab drivers that have asked some very personal questions ie, do you live alone? (have been asked this more than once) I've even been asked about our home security. and it honestly makes you wonder who they employ! We've even dubbed one the TP (i'll let your imagination wander on what that means but I will say it's because he likes so use his mirror to ''discreetly'' stare at your chest if you're a woman.) As bad as it seems, I honestly don't have much that's good to say about this company, yes you do get the occasional driver that's lovely but that's it.
