I bought a fridge from here 12/11/13 when purchased the salesman was nice, personable and the prices were wonderful.

We have had our fridge for a total of 17 days, at the 16 day mark we noticed it was not making any sound and was warming up inside, as of now, the only thing working with the fridge is the light. We'll be contacting them asap in the morning to fix the fridge, I will update this with the outcome and to tell if they honor their 3 month warranty and how they handle repairs.

Also a warning to anyone purchasing from here, on the back of their receipts they state no refunds, according to the ACCC website this is illegal, so do not be fooled!

So we called the next morning, first thing the employee said was "tap the thermostat" explaining that sometimes the pins don't do what they're supposed to, fridge turned right back on. Unfortunately it didn't last, by Saturday morning we had tapped the thermostat to get it re-started several times (every 3 - 4 hours) We called once again, and there are no repairmen on the weekend, was told to call again on Monday to get the repairman out. Called Monday (this morning) and got a time of 1-2pm not too bad considering we called right at the start of business hours, repairmen turned up a few minutes past 1pm, fixed it in under 10 minutes, turns out the one thing that was actually replaced in the fridge by the company was faulty, the repairman was nice, didn't leave a mess.

They did honor their warranty which I'm incredibly happy with, and fridge is running stronger than it did when it was purchased.

Honestly this shop became really disappointing after the owner had back surgery a while back, it went downhill pretty much immediately due to the fact that the people that took over for her had very thick accents and couldn't understand simple orders (Ordered a souvlaki with bacon and egg, got a souvlaki and a bacon and egg sandwich instead...)

Two years ago they had the most amazing souvlaki I've come across, really authentic Greek flavor, now I only go there for the chips and the tartare sauce, which is absolutely amazing! But other than that I wouldn't order anything else.

I've tried the souvlaki again a month ago and it was flavorless, literally, I thought I was getting sick because I could barely taste the garlic sauce in it, one bite of my Husbands and realized the lamb had not been marinated at all on mine, so a waste of $10 on a flavorless souvlaki.

These people are amazing! Been taking my 6 month old puppy here since we got her, and the nurses absolutely dote on her! You can tell as soon as you walk in that this Practice is full of people who love working with animals, they are all dedicated, lovely, and don't mind giving your dog a liver treat or two if they're good!

Love how cheap Chemist Warehouse is, and the girls in the Westfield shop are lovely.

The biggest bother to me is the lack of signage showing where to queue to be served, It's becoming an every time thing I'm in there it seems, due to the shelves being lined a certain way some people don't realize where to queue and inadvertently jump queue, and everyone here knows just how annoying that can be, it's also occurred to me that the staff working there do not pull up people jumping queue, it wouldn't normally bother me but a few weeks ago I had a woman who was standing behind me walk right in front of me to the register I was heading to, no apology from her, or the staff, in my opinion she should have been asked to go to the back of the line, all I got was a deer in the headlights look from the cashier when she saw the look on my face.

Husband and I went here on a Monday night, so 2 for 1 night on Pizzas, Beers, and Buffalo Wings.

Husband was absolutely raving about the wings, with blue cheese sauce, they are exactly what you would get in the US New York/New Jersey area flavor wise, they were delicious!

For dinner we ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and a Chicken Schnitzel, both were delicious, the ham on the Parmi wasn't very palatable, and was put to the side of the plate, the Schnitzel was delicious, quality of the gravy served is always a huge factor for me and let me tell you it was lovely!

The service was nothing special, it was not bad at all, but nothing stands out.

The one grievance I have with the Sporting Globe is this, an extra $5 was lumped onto my bill for some kind of chicken that was never ordered nor eaten by either of us, by the time we had realized this we were already home and had no way of proving it, so please double check your receipt!

Purchased a few items here October 2012, have to say the absolute nicest staff I've ever come across in a lingerie shop, so helpful and happy, the company overall should consider the ladies in this shop an asset to their company, they helped me scour the shop for a certain item, and seemed like they actually really enjoyed their job, the names of the ladies escape me, but either way thank you!

Used to be a lovely place to shop, but has changed immensely in the past few years, the store layout is one register for each department (as in shoes has their own register and bags have their own and so on...) Which for a lot of people I'm sure is quite confusing, having been a loyal customer there for the better part of 16 years I was quite insulted when I came in last year (November) to purchase a few things, I'd picked up a pair of stockings and was debating whether or not I really wanted them, so figured I'd keep browsing and go buy some other things on my list, I should point out I made no attempt to put them out of sight and kept them in my hand the entire time, but the security guard made it extremely obvious he was following me, never being more than 10 steps behind and following me to the upper floor and such, it was extremely intimidating at the time, and while there are no signs anywhere (or at least there wasn't then) that you can't take items out of their departments, they obviously frown upon it. I was so disturbed by this that I haven't gone back.

I've been using this company since 1999. With the latest incident last week we had a cab driver that couldn't control his gas. Have had so many bad experiences with the cab drivers at this company I've basically given up and would rather take public transport. The most troubling incident was a taxi driver that was so preoccupied (on goodness knows what!) that he swerved in the way of a truck and almost got us hit, called the company when we got home, and was basically met with a ''thanks for telling us, but don't bother calling next time'' attitude. Most drivers are the same, too busy playing with their phones and apparently don't know how to shower very well, have also had a few overzealous cab drivers that have asked some very personal questions ie, do you live alone? (have been asked this more than once) I've even been asked about our home security. and it honestly makes you wonder who they employ! We've even dubbed one the TP (i'll let your imagination wander on what that means but I will say it's because he likes so use his mirror to ''discreetly'' stare at your chest if you're a woman.) As bad as it seems, I honestly don't have much that's good to say about this company, yes you do get the occasional driver that's lovely but that's it.

Came here with Hubby, we ordered drinks first, water and coke, water was straight from the tap and the can of coke was warm, should have taken this as a sign and up and left at that moment, we ordered the duck in lemon sauce, and and battered pork ribs, de-boned. Took about ten minutes for them to bring out the duck, said my pork ribs would be right behind it, duck was luke warm, and hubby refusing to dig in until my food came out (so we nibbled on the duck while waiting) took another 5 minutes for my order to come out, and it was the wrong order... Waiter apologized and took it back saying he'd get my order right away, 10 minutes later he bought my order out again, dug in, and first piece was chicken, yup, they gave me the wrong order again. This one was some kind of pork and chicken bits with honey soy and sesame seeds all over it, we picked at it and the cold duck (which tasted disgusting by this point because it was so cold) until we gave up and went to pay the bill, waitress asked me if we enjoyed our meals, I said no, explained what had happened with our meals, she gave us a refund on my meal ($27) so we were left $32 lighter, absolutely no appetite, and two stale fortune cookies, we also both woke up in the night with tummy aches so definitely will not be going back again.
