The ice cream here is incredibly delicious and affordable. You can choose from a whole range of different flavours, I ended up buying chocolate ice cream and I'm so glad I did. It exceeded my expectations and I know I will definitely be coming back here. During the summer months though it gets really busy, luckily I arrived before the crowd did so I got in and out quickly. Also there is minimal seating outside the shop, but I managed to get a seat. Highly recommend.

This ice cream shop is great to visit in the summer. The line doesn't get too long and there is a range of flavours to choose from. I tried the pistachio and Nutella flavours and they were both incredible. However, the girl serving us was incredibly slow making our ice creams. Although, I think it was worth the wait.

This is a very delicious place to stop at while on Lygon St. They have a large selection of gelati (the best is caramel macadamia) and you can have up to 4 flavors at a time. There are only a small number of chairs and tables to sit at on the street and they are not cleaned very often so it is best to take your gelati for a walk. The staff are ok, not very friendly but they are quick at serving.

Whilst personally this is not my favourite gelateria along Lygon Street to get my ice cream, in all fairness I have given them a try on a couple of occasions, as I believe in trying something different every so often.

Service is good, you might have to wait a few minutes on a warm day as it gets popular with people wanting something refreshing!

Wish i lived in Melb so i could go here more often. love the gelati and love the service, been here a couple of times on my trips to melb as freinds recommended it, and was not disappointed

Beautiful gelati! Gelatissimo has a wide range of flavours, from your traditional lemon, strawberry, etc. to the more unconventional (and delicious) profiterole and 'energy'. Reasonably priced with friendly service and most importantly, fantastic gelati. Also offer a range of shakes etc.
