I've never had even the slightest trouble with Bunnings - the staff are helpful, and know where everything is, which was a pleasant surprise, the range is extensive and the prices reasonable. Very happy.

THE place to go in Melbourne for vegetarian and vegan food. The meals are amazing and even non-vegetarians will love it. Ridiculously good value, and an awesome vibe in the space, which tends to always be packed. Treat yourself to a nice dinner then wander out onto Brunswick St.

A great place for dinner, lunch or a snack when on Lygon and a favoured haunt of Melbourne Uni students : ). Corretto offers familiar Italian fare at reasonable prices - you won't find anything too avant-garde here but it's well worth a look.

Great cafe attached to Borders Camberwell, very welcoming after a wander and a read : ). The food was high-quality, the servings verge on gigantic and the staff were friendly, with quick service. Frequented by dippy schoolgirls.

Beautiful gelati! Gelatissimo has a wide range of flavours, from your traditional lemon, strawberry, etc. to the more unconventional (and delicious) profiterole and 'energy'. Reasonably priced with friendly service and most importantly, fantastic gelati. Also offer a range of shakes etc.

Everyone I've been to RetroStar with has the same response: "Wow". You will be taken aback by the sheer size of the store, stocked wall-to-wall-to-ceiling with a parade of vintage gear. There will be something for everyone here, especially if you're into a boho-esque asthetic. At times it can feel a little like a vintage production line - a vibe somewhere between an op shop and conveyor belt retail, but you're sure to find something you like, even if it is a quite pricey.
Tusk is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon or evening with friends, with its varied menu and ideal location on the bustling and trendy Chapel St. Some items tend to be a little dear, but the food is delicious. Try the grazing plate!
Fantastic affordable Chinese! It's not the swankiest place around, but certainly far from your average dingy Chinese restaurant, with delicious meals at reasonable prices. The staff are great and service is speedy. A great eat!
Fantastic restaurant, one of the best in the north-western suburbs for a nice casual dinner. Meals are reasonably priced, and serving sizes are monstrous...great value, and combined with the nice, open space it's a great place to eat.

A wide range of food was on offer at viva, and the little I've had was excellent, with well-sized portions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space itself was nice and airy, with warm decor.
