Pretty good gym experience. I was an interstate visitor and got a two-week visit card for $50 which is a good deal. The man who served me initially was helpful and polite and the instructors in the PUMP class were very professional although only one of them spoke to me directly on one occasion.
The facilities were very good - lots of machines and space. No smell or crowdedness. Several classes running simultaneously with a good spread on the timetable. Well-lit and had a cafe inside and a creche both of which I didn't use.
The other patrons were the usual range of dolled-up mums, serious boys and gym-dags like myself.

Great gym, they have circuit training and different classes, and different weight machines. Great place to work out. The staff are very helpful and they help you make your own personal gym program.
