I've had these plumbers out for a variety of issues, from dealing with emergencies (flooding from collapsed storm drain) and subsequent clean-up/repair, to hot water system anode replacement, to just fixing the dripping tap. Without fail they have been courteous and helpful, quick to respond (especially in emergency), and occasionally absent-minded (a trainee left his hacksaw behind once ;) ). They also have a loyalty club which, when joined for a nominal fee, allows you to access cheaper call-out and labour rates.
