Georges Hamburger Shop

We went here on the way home from Eden to Melbourne and stumbled upon one of the best burger places I have ever been to. Mr George has been making burgers here for 30+ years.

Best burger that I have had in years and Sharon had the Souvlaki and loved it as well. The only disappointment was the chips ... I'm not sure whether the oil was old or the actual chips weren't up to scratch but they were not the best that I have had.

They have a wide variety of foods available cooked fresh to order and a wide range of drinks including home made milk shakes.

Would highly recommend the burgers though ... they are awesome!!!

The best burgers in vic!! Located on main street bairnsdale(princess hwy) I stop here every time I pass though and they never disapoint. I grew up in the area and the shop has always been there so they must be doing somthing right.
