I have started training at this gym this year and it has been fantastic.

The trainer Ben is lovely, and worked with my partner and I to create a routine that matches our goals. We started off in private sessions and have since moved to the group classes of 40 people.

Ben has been training my son for a few years now and what a difference he has made! Ben has taught an uncoordinated and 'unsporty' kid how to safely and effectively lift, run, jump, throw, catch and kick, all whilst having fun.
