Get Outside Furniture refused to refund my money when there furniture had a major fault with it.
Even though it is illegal to do so as the consumer guarantee clearly states. Buyer beware of there so called 3 year warranty because when the product fails you better hope they still have the same style/colour you want or you will have to take it further as well.

Get outside is a great shop full of outdoor furniture, they sell all the extras too like patio umbrellas, lounges etc
