Steve provides a fantastic service. I've just had my third scan and love seeing my fitness achievements measured on paper. The scan is detailed and informative and provides encouraging information about changes to your body. The body of information you get from Steve's body scan alone is incredibly insightful and detailed, but combined with the man himself and his own depth of knowledge, personally, I think the whole experience is priceless for anyone trying to get a serious grasp on their fitness ambitions, which is what I've now done because of the data Steve was able to provide me. Could not recommend enough.

I've been having body scans with Steve most months for a few years now, and have learned so much about my composition and how monitoring the changes each time help me to progress and develop my program and my focus.
