I bought a full priced muscle tee for a birthday present. It wasn't appropriate and when I tried returning it, less than 24 hours after the original purchase with a receipt and all tags attached for a refund, I was told they do not refund. The sales lady said I could ask management ...I said great lets do that. She wouldn't ring and said I needed to go home make the call and then come back!!!! Too much hassle.....I got a credit note instead and will NOT buy another piece of clothing from Ghanda Sorrento.
Really poor customer service, and bad business practise. If you do not give refunds on full priced items then staff should tell customers at the time of purchase.
One star is too many stars , if I could give none I would!!!

Awful quality and terrible customer service, [redacted due to personal identifier] lied to the head office saying that I faulted their clothing when I asked for a refund on two ripped shorts. As polite as I had treated the situation, Head office did not listen to me. Even though cheap, not worth the money to be labelled in such a low way by their staff. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, noticed loose threads on all of their tshirt a, not even worth the cheap price

Great clothing store with reasonably priced basics & as well as having a range of more funky attire. Semi skater/surfer wear

I went into this store and noticed that there was a great range of clothing of various sizes and shapes as well as footwear to suit everyone. The store was bright and vibrant and was well maintained. I bought a pair of thongs that were on special.

Good place to check out if you are visiting or live in Sorrento.
