I had the body of the driver side passenger door repaired. It had a significant scratch and a few small dings. I got a quote and called back about a month later. The proprietor has an amazing memory, he not only remember me, but also the car and the price he quoted. I was kindly offered a courtesy car at no cost (as it was available). The repair work was excellent, which included a repaint of the door and the entire driver-side other panels.
I thought I had dinged the front bumper of the courtesy car and was prepared to pay for the damage. I did turn left on a narrow street and heard a scratch on the left side. But I was told the damage was already there and I didn't incur any bills in relation to that. I was relieved but not sure if it was out of kindness of the proprietor or the damage actually was there as I did not inspect when I picked up the courtesy car.

I took my car to GIA Smash Repairs to fix the extensive paint damage on my Barina. I found the service to be exceptional and the price competitive. The job was turned around very quickly and to a very high quality - my car looks brand new.

Recently I took my car to GIA Smash Repairs in Five Dock to get some repairs done to the front bumper bar and side panel of my Commodore sedan. I dealt with the proprietor of the business Malcolm Tierney. I found him to be friendly, approachable and very professional. The quote I got was more than $300 cheaper then some of the other panel beaters that I approached. The car was ready for collection on the third day as promised. All repairs were done to my satisfaction, but was given the option to return if Iwasn't happy with any aspect of the job.
