Gift Time

The most unwelcome shop I have ever been, the male owner was rude, treating customers like nothing, he only cares about the money in your pocket. Some of the items have no pricing, the price tags are 'labelled' inside his head, he can give any prices he feels ike it. He started to verbal abuse when I asked if items could be refunded, there is no such thing as 'refund' in this shop. He reluctantly allowed 2 items tor exchange (out of 8 items) after told him would lodge a dispute transaction to cancel the purchase. It took me some time to decide what to get for exchange, it was difficult because didn't feel like to trade with this shop any further, while thinking and deciding what to get he gave more verbal abuse eg telling me I was wasting his time. I was the only customer at that time.
The most important thing is his items are overpriced, some of the items can be found in the Asian supermarket right opposite with much lower price.

I had a very terrible experience today at the gift time (a store near escalator to parking) in springvale shopping centre. When I tried to find a suitable thing in the store, the male owner behaved very rude and abuse on me, he said I spent half hour in his store, which im pretty sure i didnt stay that long. He told me to leave his store because covid reason, i don't have covid and i wear a very thick mask on me!!! He even peep on me when i was standing thinking whether a product is suitable. The male store owner attidue and behavior are just ridiculous! I can't find a worse attitude like that.

They sell quality goods at this place however the owners of this store watch customers like a hawk. Not only is it unsettling but it creates an atmosphere of distrust. Also the things there are a tad pricey so for younger children looking to buy a gift, it is quite difficult

I used to always love going into this shop to look at all the cute things that they had on offer. However, the service was not that good as they were always overly cautious about children walking into the store.

I use to always go to this shop when I was younger for my stationary and goods. All the things they had were so cute and adorable and I really loved them as a kid. One thing I disliked was that it was quite expensive and I thought that the price could have been cheaper and more affordable.
