Gig and a Bit have just rescued everything off my laptop for me. After testing they diagnosed a hard drive fail, replaced it with a more robust SSD and did their best to copy all the data and programs across from the old drive to the new.

Just purchased a new system and the staff were great and very helpful in advising me on what I needed as I didn't know, the pc works great and the advice on the final setup was excellent.
I would definitely go back to gig a bit again if I need help and the price was good as well.

My Computer needs an upgrade. I went have been looking around everywhere, getting exhorbitant quotes. Most want over $100 just to diagnose it. I received a quote for $45 Labour (diagnostic included) and $60 for 2GB of RAM installed. It would cost me that much at other places JUST for a diagnostic with nothing fixed. Nice to see reputable compuer Repairers out there. They also have a wide selection of accessories and the best mouse pads around for $2.00 each.
