Gisborne Dental Group was recommended to me and I’m so glad it was. I used to travel to Melbourne for dental care and while my previous dentist was good (just very expensive), Gisborne Dental Group has been far superior in every way.
Their customer service is outstanding, the team is incredibly knowledgeable, and their pricing is much more reasonable. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

My experience at Gisborne dental group was excellent. Friendly staff greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcome. The dentist made me feel comfortable and was very informative and knowledgeable. The staff were very professional and made you feel relaxed.l had a check up, clean and needed my retainers remade. The care and patience shown by the staff was next level with my daughter in putting her invasalign on and then making sure that she was able to correctly fit and take them in and out.

My other daughter attends another orthodontist, who is more like an impersonal money-making factory, our experience at Gisborne Dental Group could not have been more of a positive contrast!

The dentist was excellent, professional and personable, he replaced a filling on a front tooth with care (very minimal pain) and the result was a very high quality finish.

Highly recommended.

My 18 month old sone had such a positive first experience at the dentist. The lovely staff were throwing a balloon with him, gave him a cool pair of sunnies, turned the tv on so he had something to watch whilst he had he’s teeth checked and cleaned. And the happy little man was given stickers. Highly recommend. And staff answered all my questions.

For someone who is anxious at the dentist, Jose is incredible at putting me at ease and delivering excellent care. I highly recommend Jose for any patient, including kids. His warmth and genuine care is outstanding.

I’ve always been a bit nervous about visiting the dentist, even as an adult, but Dr. Jose has completely changed that for me. He is incredibly patient and has a calm, reassuring manner that puts you at ease from the moment you sit down. The care and professionalism of the entire team are exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone—especially if you’re someone who feels a little nervous about dental visits!

This is my first time using this dentist as I am new to the area. I called in as i had pain in my molar which had to be pulled. I did not have an appointment so the staff tweaked their schedule and made it work. I found the Service from both the dentist and admin staff extremely warming and welcoming. I will be a returning customer.

My family and I have been seeing Jose as our Dental Hygienist for 10years-he has seen the kids grow into young adults who now still come back to see him now independently! And of course the turtles were great over the years for when the kids were younger.

They’re always super friendly and make you feel at home from the ones at the desk, to the dental assistants, hygienist and dentists.

Staff are so caring and kind, they genuinely care for your comfort, I have a phobia for dentist's, they put me at ease, with their gentle approach, would go back to get further work done.

Dr Jose - He is a spectacular dentist, especially for children. My 12-year-old has been seeing Dr Jose since she was 3 (which took several visits to get her to sit in the dental chair).
Now my youngest who is 8, also feels extremely comfortable with him, thanks to his engaging, fun, yet professional approach. Highly recommended!

Dentist Michael and his team were professional and friendly. They made me feel at ease and explained the procedure to me carefully. Good follow up afterwards also. I’m pleased with the overall service.
