I was initially impressed by their service and inclusions but after being told different things by salesperson who insists on soil test before any service. I was asking them if any of their existing plans would fit on my block first before paying anything. I was consisently told, before we can do help you with a quote, you need to pay for a soil test. I did pay for a soil test and then I am told, you need to go through subdivision, which I knew anyway and it is going to cost me. Of course, all things I knew. I was led to believe that they can make changes to plans to fit on block and it will cost me cheaper than going custom and to get an accurate cost, I will have to pay for soil test. Anyway, soil test done but no quote. Afterwards, other builders have been happy to help with initial plans for no cost and have been more upfront in telling me that it will end up being a custom home. I wish I could have had the same upfront communication.
